Use of the platform

Zamcalc is a free, publicly available platform. You may use the calculators, tools, and content for personal, educational, or business reference purposes. You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform in a way that degrades performance for other users.

The Zamcalc name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Zamcalc. The underlying tax rates, tariff bands, and regulatory data are sourced from public Zambian authorities and are not claimed as proprietary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zamcalc and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, missed deadlines, or incorrect filings based on calculator results.

Availability

Zamcalc is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zamcalc after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
