Zamcalc is designed with privacy in mind. This policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how we handle it.
No personal information collected
Zamcalc does not collect, store, or process any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, password, or any other identifying details. There are no user accounts and no registration process.
Your calculations stay on your device
All calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to our servers, stored in any database, or shared with any third party. When you close the page, your calculation data is gone.
Cookies
Zamcalc uses a single functional cookie to remember your preferred theme (light or dark mode). This cookie contains no personal information and is not used for tracking.
Analytics
We use Rybbit, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics tool to understand general usage patterns - which calculators are popular, how visitors find the site, and which pages are visited. Rybbit does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is GDPR compliant. We also track page view counts internally to display popular tools - this tracking is anonymous and contains no personal data.
Third-party services
Zamcalc does not integrate with advertising networks, data brokers, or social login providers. The only external services used are Rybbit (as described above) and font providers (Fontshare, Google Fonts) for typography.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Since we collect no personal data, material changes are unlikely.
